Cpharm recognises RUOK? Day

As lockdowns extend across much of New South Wales, Cpharm staff are currently working remotely from their home offices. Last Thursday we marked RUOK day, by undertaking a wellness check-in with our colleagues. RUOK day promotes harm prevention by encouraging communication and staying connected with friends, families, and colleagues. Staff were given the task of checking in with another staff member in which various staff members took the time to strike up a phone conversation, a zoom coffee or leaving a surprise at their door. The aim was to maintain connections and focus on building support networks in the workplace especially during these testing times of a worldwide pandemic. We support this years message that every day is R U OK Day, not just today.
