As part of our ongoing support for charity, Cpharm have opened our boardroom table to make mental health the centerpiece in support of Beyond Blue. Our Big Blue Table Luncheon not only was to raise much needed funds for Beyond Blue, but also to create a safe space where we all feel comfortable talking about our mental health anywhere, anytime.
It is estimated that 45% of people in Australia have or will face a mental health condition in their lifetime – the idea of the big blue table is to show that no one needs to struggle alone.
Many people find it difficult to talk about their mental health struggles, or maybe you’re unsure on where to start or how it relates to you?
